Description:

This hands-on woodworking course is a great opportunity to create meaningful, handmade Christmas gifts while building real foundational skills. Designed for beginners, you’ll learn how to prepare and dress timber, accurately cut and arrange pieces, glue and clamp safely, and finish your boards through sanding and oiling.

By the end of the course, you’ll walk away with one end-grain and one face-grain chopping board — and the confidence to tackle future woodworking projects.

Materials: 

• Redgum and Vic Ash will be provided.
• If a participant wishes to use a different species, they should provide their own.
